Biography
Dr. Timothy Muchayi is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, and Clinical Hypertension Specialist. He was born in Malta and attended High school in Zimbabwe.
He completed his undergraduate Medical degree at the University of Malta in 2004. He then moved to the United States to pursue his Nephrology career in 2008.
In 2012, he completed his Internal medicine residency at Sinai Grace/Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. He then completed his fellowship in Miami, FL, at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2014.
He has been working as a Nephrologist since 2014, in New Mexico, and joined Nephrology Associates on June 12, 2023.
He enjoys exercising and going to the gym and his hobbies include gardening and fishing with his three kids.
He is Fluent in English and Maltese, both written and spoken, and Conversational in Spanish.
